ABOUT CLUB PENGUIN:
Club Penguin, founded in 2005, is one of the most popular and fastest-growing virtual worlds for children. The company was developed and launched by Dave Krysko, Lane Merrifield and Lance Priebe, and their commitment to creating a safe and ad-free online playground helped propel Club Penguin to international acclaim and a partnership with the Walt Disney Company, which acquired Club Penguin in August 2007.
Dave Krysko, President of Davara Enterprises, Co-Founder and former Senior Vice President, Business Operations, Club Penguin
Prior to his work with Club Penguin and the Walt Disney Internet Group, Dave was a professional musician and worked in the audio and video production business. It was during the time he owned and operated New Horizon Productions in Kelowna that Dave partnered with his then employees Lane Merrifield and Lance Priebe to develop Club Penguin.
Dave is a longtime philanthropist who has been involved in humanitarian work in Canada, Mexico and Romania. In addition to helping develop the strategic direction of Club Penguin, he devotes a substantial amount of time and energy into managing the New Horizon Foundation, a charitable organization created and funded by Club Penguin and committed to improving the lives of children and their families around the world.
Dave is currently overseeing the Davara Group of Companies located in Kelowna BC.
Lane Merrifield, Executive Vice President, Walt Disney Internet Group, Co-Founder and General Manager, Club Penguin

Prior to his work with Club Penguin and the Walt Disney Internet Group, Lane held various technical and marketing roles with a range of companies in Canada and the United States, but his most memorable employment experience will always be his first job at Disneyland.
